WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most of our orders ship within 1-3 business days of the date of purchase or varying depending on if an item is not currently in stock. Keep in mind, shipping times may vary. When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered while placing your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? (USA)
You will receive your order 2-6 business days from the date that it is shipped out—not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. We try to have it sent out as quickly as possible for your convenience. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
NOT AT THIS TIME. We apologize for any inconvenience. Stay tuned for changes, we plan to fix this.
I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE BECAUSE.... WHAT DO I DO?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for a refund with notification within 5 days of when the item(s) were received. The physical item must be shipped out to us within 5 days of the initial purchase. Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the physical state in which you received them including all original tags intact, bags, and free of defects . Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS (Coupon Code applied) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
We are not responsible for any coupon codes or discount codes prior to purchase that the customer had forgotten to enter upon placing order at checkout. After placing the order, we can no longer issue you the coupon discount if you had forgotten to apply it. Discounts are non-refundable if item is returned.
DO YOU HAVE RETAIL LOCATIONS?
We do not have any "Lonely Boys Club" stores but we can be found at other retailer(s). Our "STOCKISTS" page will have a list of RETAIL STORES as well as other ONLINE RETAILERS.
I FOUND OUT ABOUT YOUR BRAND A LITTLE LATE AND EVERYTHING I WANTED WAS SOLD OUT! DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS? CAN I STILL FIND PAST DROP PIECES?
All items will be released in 'DROP' sets in numbered order also containing a name for that drop number. MOST drops will be released once in a limited number of each piece and will NOT be reproduced. Certain graphics will be considered a brand standard normal piece and will always be in stock various times throughout the year. This does not mean it will constantly be re-stocked, this simply means it will, at one point (possibly in a different color set) be restocked. This can and may be decided after a few drop sessions occur to gauge which will be the brand standard graphics. As for now we suggest getting online or in store to snag the items when they drop.
